PNC Bank, National Association - ADAMS TOWNSHIP BRANCH

I recently had [-] issue at this location when they allowed [-] 88 year old mother, [-] Kessler to withdraw funds and [-] a [-] account after she went in there and used foul language and made false statements about myself who has both [-] of attorney over her and takes care of her 100%. [-] mother already had both a checking account ([-]) and a savings account ([-]) at this bank was told that she should [-] another checking account by [-] [-]. Please [-] in mind that [-] [-] of attorney is on file at this particular branch and I am well known by [-] Lutz there. Anyway, instead of calling [-] to come over there to defuse [-] situation since I literally live five minutes away they pacified [-] ranting and raging mother by giving her $300 and opening her a [-] checking account. [-] mother was driven to [-] bank by a person who lives in her apartment complex and probably prompted her in what to say. For this transaction I was reported to [-] Butler County Area Agency on Aging and had to meet with a [-] Brown to discuss this unfortunate situation. On Friday, [-] 10, 2020 [-] mother was admitted to [-] UPMC facility in Cranberry Township, Pa. and diagnosed with acute dementia and [-] be placed in a appropriate nursing care facility on 1/13.2020. While she was being tested she told [-] Brown that [-] President of [-] United States was [-] [-], that [-] emergency number to call in case of a fire was 1,2,3 and she didn't know [-] to subtract 4 from 30. She had no idea what her address was nor what her phone number was but she could come into your bank and withdraw any amount of money she wanted. [-] [-] at our [-] told [-] that [-] mother was a beautiful lady even though she attempted to disrupt things [-] afternoon that she came into [-] bank. That fact alone should have thrown up a [-] flag that something wasn't right with this woman and a phone call made to [-]. I could [-] on and on but I wanted you to knw that I closed her Savings account on 1/10/20 and would close both her checking account and [-] checking account if it wasn't for [-] number of direct deposits that I have going in there. I [-] [-] minimum balances in both and never recommend PNC Bank to anyone. I've already told numerous friends what happened to [-] as well as family members and hospital staff taking care of [-] mother. I you have to report people who you suspect are abusing family members be more prudent and diligent before you [-] it. Make sure you're doing [-] right thing.
