[-] staff is fantastic. Friendly, helpful and patient. In bank you [-] only get [-] best service with a smile. [-] online technology is archaic. If you [-] not [-] on regularly, I believe they told [-] at least every two weeks, you have to call [-] branch to reset your password. [-] password reset might work and it might not. if it does, you can see your account, but that is it. Everything is done physically, [-] pay, wires, transfers. You have to set it up and it is physically completed each time it is done. As in they actually write a check for [-] payment for you and send in. This is [-] it was explained to us. You can't easily change any service and it can not be done online. [-] on [-] services need to be brought into this century.
