[-] bank is [-] worse bank I’ve ever dealt with. [-] branch locations are adequate and [-] personnel are polite and professional but [-] PHONE CSR is beyond awful. After u [-] thru [-] recording and actually want to speak to a person you can wait wait and wait. U must call back numerous times. [-] rare times I got thru I found [-] reps uninformstive and not yet terribly polite. They seemed uninterested and not willing to satisfy their customers . [-] mobile app often refuses to give [-] and once I see that [-] to call I get knots in [-] stomach and feel ready to give up before I even began [-] ordeal . I would definitely change changed but as I recently changed to [-] in order not to pay a monthly banking fee of $25 I hate [-] hassle of changing all [-] automatic payments etc again. I know bc of [-] poor CS I MIGHT HAVE TO BITE [-] BULLET THOUGH I DREAD IT.
