This bank is pathetic. They take your payment out several days after you actually request that it be made and when you try calling them no one ever answers. Additionally, if you want to make a payment online or using [-] app you have a very poor [-] of being able to [-] your account due to [-] saying that you have [-] invalid card number. I only owe them $113 so I'm going to pay them off and cancel this card because they are nothing but a scam

Credit One should not be in [-], they are absolutely a horrible establishment. It's like pulling teeth to try and get a Representative on [-] [-]. You have to call multiple times because [-] phone cuts off while your holding and when you call to speak to someone you have to hear [-] same prompts over and over until [-] automated recording gives you [-] option to press 0 for a operator. Then when you are finally connected you cannot understand them and they [-]'t understand you. There is something definitely wrong with this picture. I understand saving money and hiring people in from other countries but, I live in [-] US and need someone who can speak fluent English. I missed [-] payment date for payment so I made [-] payment two days after and [-] points on [-] credit report went down 28 points. Wow Credit One what a punishment. If you look at [-] payment history I have a stellar payment history, i just forgot to make [-] payment, a simple oversight. I cannot wait to pay his disgusting card off. Your [-] needs to be reviewed and reported to [-] BBB.
