Complaint: The credit card charged an annual fee. This is second year they have done this. I thought the card was closed. I don't have it or use it. I am a XXXX XXXX so I am not present at home for random mail ( been gone 2 years ). First progress apparently charged a XXXX annual fee ( had no knowledge of it ) and added multiple fees ( now up to {$99.00} ) in a week!!! I found out when my credit score while buying a house decreased XXXX points for 30 days late so I quickly tried to call and fix it. 1 week later they reported AGAIN as 60 days late and now {$140.00}. None of this is correct. I paid the {$99.00} immediately after I saw what was going on even though I don't feel as though I owe them a dime. They told me I had to fax a letter why so I did. No response and no one will discuss it they just keep nailing me and now have it as {$58.00} going in 90 days. It's completely wrong and no one will fix it or help me. It destroyed the chance I finally had to purchase a home. Why would they not fix the situation and why is it legal for them to continue with fraudulent information? Please I need help fixing this!! XX/XX/XXXX XXXX points 30 days late. XX/XX/XXXX 2 weeks later XXXX 60 days late. Honestly I feel like it's fraud.

This is a notice sent as per the Fair debt Collection Practice Act ( F.D.C.P.A ) 15 U.S.C. 1692 ( G ) section 809 ( B ). This is a request for accounting request raiding list of collateral or statement of account reference to U.C.C 9-210. This authenticated record must include all tax fillings ( including all 1099 's, and 1098 's ) any and all trades and /or investments and /or interests associated with this account of which I am alleged to be a party. This is also a Notice exercising my rights to prevent the processing of my personal data by XXXX XXXX. Please be advised XXXX XXXX is in violation of The Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 Use 1681a ( e ) and! 5 USC 1681b ( c ) ( 1 ) ( a ). First Progress is also in violation of the Gramm Leach Bailey Act 15 USC 6802 ( b ) ( 1 ) ( a ) - ( c ) I the consumer was never given an explanation of how I can exercise that nondisclosure option. Failure to substantiate the claim, please settle the accounts immediately and cease and desist all communication and have these trade lines deleted from my consumer report if reporting.
