Complaint: Unemployment funds from mother was being posted to my account. PNC subsequently closed my account and refused to tell me any information regarding the security review. I told them my mother would be able to state both verbally and in writing that she had been receiving her funds and did not have an account which the funds could be deposited to at that time. My mother subsequently got a XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX card from the unemployment office and all of her future funds were sent there, however, all of my funds were locked in the account and the bank refused to give me any information. Two years has now passed and I looked in the account and all of the money is gone and the bank does not know where it is. It states there was an adjustment made on the XXXX of XXXX and then the account was closed. The balance was over {$4000.00}, so not only were funds of my own stuck in that account, funds from my mothers unemployment were also stuck there. I called the bank and they stated they will call me back in 3-5 days because they dont see where the funds went.

Complaint: I had a 3 month covid Deferment with XXXX, XXXX and XXXX 2020 with BBVA compass bank that was bought last year with pnc bank. I am up to date on payments and no issues at this time. I need copy of my deferment agreement for a second mortgage with XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX is requesting a copy of my deferment agreement, and I have for three weeks multiple calls to PNC bank that has bought BBVA compass have tried to get this document and they can not located it. I have talked to supervisor, escalated this matter. They simply can not locate it and are not willing to give me any documentation regarding this Deferment agreement other than my statements. XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX says they need a deferment agreement and PNC is required under federal law to have a copy of it to send me. PNC is they lost a lot of documents during merger they are unable to locate it and unable to generate a new agreement. I really need help getting this document, and on line tons of similar complaints that have gone unresolved, so I am just super confused what to do next. All I need is my deferment agreement from PNC and they can't fine one to send me!

Complaint: Hello, I have filed 3 disputes and a corporate complaint as my phone was hacked and there were fraudulent XXXX transactions equating to almost {$2500.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. I have been given the run around with PNC on different departments and this is still not resolved. I will get my attorney involved as I am looking to get to a resolution and get reimbursed for direct funds from my personal bank account due to the fraud transactions. It has been 3 weeks and this is not resolved and I have been passed to different departments and there is not a resolution. This is completely unacceptable as I had my other business bank accounts hacked and I received the reimbursements back from them. This matter needs attention asap as this was not handled correctly and I am personally out of funds that I did not authorize or make the transactions as my phone and computer were hacked. The dispute department stated that it happened in my location well yes, likely it did as it happened with XXXX and XXXX XXXX as well as my XXXX credit card and XXXX credit card and all of the other institutions have refunded me the money back from the fraud charges except for PNC Bank. I spent countless times on hold and Friday, XX/XX/XXXX I spent 4 hours on the phone with PNC and no resolution as they keep denying my dispute and will not refund me my money back from the fraud XXXX charges. I never used XXXX in my entire life and I was hacked. PNC keeps denying this and will not refund me my money even though this has been fraudulent transactions that were not from me.
