Payments on this account have never been more than 30 days late ( as demonstrated by attachment to this complaint. ) Status of account is reported incorrectly and previous months ' status is also reported incorrectly. I have filed a notice of error with my mortgage company and have initiated a credit dispute with all 3 credit agencies.
