I called in early yesterday afternoon 1/18/22 to have a Block removed from my Debit Card and spoke to a young lady who saw the 2 uses I had made of my Debit Card and took the Block off my card and the two charges went through for a total of 76 dollars. Later in the evening I noticed that my Account had been charged the 76 dollars twice, so I called customer service at 1 800 869 3557 and spoke with a person who identified herself as Megan. I told her that my Account had been double billed and that I needed one of the 76 dollar charges reversed. She had taken my Identification and knew that I was the owner of the Account, but she told me she could not reverse the one 76 dollar charge, and that I would have to File a Claim. I told her that I was the Account owner and asked her to simply reverse the one 76 dollar charge. She refused, told me I had to file a Claim and it would need to be investigated, or I would have to call the payee and get them to call Wells Fargo and tell them to reverse it. I did not want the charge investigated because I told her that they would say it was "Fraud" and then I would have to go through the problem of waiting for another Debit Card to be mailed to me. She then began to talk over me and would not let me talk. I finally asked her to tell me when she was done talking over me so I could say what I wanted to say without being interrupted. She was Angry and finally said I am through now. I again requested that she simply reverse one of the 76 dollar charges on my Account but she refused. I asked to speak to a Supervisor, and waited approximately 8 minutes when a woman introduced to me as Cindy came on the line as the Superivsor. She asked me what happened, and I explained to her what took place. She never answered me after I finished, she just hung up the phone on me. That was about 1 am this morning, and I called back one more time and spoke one more time to Customer Service. A young man spoke to me but I did not ask him for anything but to send me all the copies of the conversations I had just had with Megan, and Cindy, who I believe will probably try to paint me as a "Problem Customer" and claim I was abusive of them, which is why I want the recorded conversations because the recordings will prove me otherwise. I am making this Review in order to get the 76 dollars restored to my Account, and to request that Megan, who claims to have worked for Wells Fargo Bank for 25 years, and the careless Supervisor Cindy Fired. They do not belong in Customer Service. I asked for a very simple thing, and they knew who I was, and despite my request flatly refused to hear me out, or do the simple request I expressed to them. I also want the Recordings of our Conversations since If I have to sue Wells Fargo Bank I want the Evidence that shows I was reasonable with them. I am an Attorney and know that Customer Service is the goal of any Bank and these two people have become cloistered in their positions. Perhaps a Rotation system needs to be implemented so that the Customer Service employees concentrate more on their Job as opposed to waiting to talk to customers for 10 to 30 minutes after a Customer calls in. My Account is still blocked from my access now and it has been over 20 hours that it has been blocked. I would appreciate some serious and neutral consideration in this as all I want is to be able to use my money when I need to. I am sure you can understand that. NOTICE: NO telephone number is provided. I imagine they do not want you to ring them. I have just tried three times to conact Wells Fargo in mainloand USA IT IS IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone to answer the telephone at Wells Fargo.
The Bank froze my checking account because some idiot declared me DEAD (deceased)! 9/2/21 and froze my checking account and cancelled my bill payments from my account. It took me 2 hours , on hold to get thru to some person, then transferred between reps, and on hold between reps, and then finally got someone to talk to, and between discussions, I was put on hold so the rep could speak with a higher up. Finally, I got the rep to "unfreeze" and open my account so I could pay my bills, and do the business that I needed to do. It was more interesting requesting WHO, and HOW I became deceased? WHO erroneously informed the Bank? The rep could not tell, or would not tell me. There must be some protocol with some one authorizing closing a bank account. Where does this information come from, who had the authority to do this. There has to be some one or authority to be able to do this? I want to know who that person was, where they got this information, and from who did they get it? I am seriously considering closing my account of 20 years! This was ridiculous. The phone wait times are intolerable to speak to some one.
ALL I AM TRYING TO DO IS GET MY DIRECT DEPOSIT FIXED! WELLS FARGO HAS SCREWED MY ACCOUNT UP SO BAD! NOW THEY REFUSE TO HELP!

Wells Fargo has frozen my accounts for over two months we try to get this worked out between our mortgage company and Wells Fargo Wells Fargo does not want to work anything out with us they are holding our money hostage the mortgage companies done talk to them told them it’s our money they’ve refused to release it for over two months they’ve been holding for bank account hostage and refused to release our money
I had a loan with Wells Fargo that I paid off 3 years ago on 2 dump trucks and a trailer. To this day, I have yet to receive my loan releases on any of them, I have visited the local branch numerous times and they keep giving me the run around, I have called the Corporate Office and they to have given me the run around. Three years later, I still don't have my lean releases. I will NEVER do business with WF again. Poor business practice.
Yall are a joke I try to deposit a money order that was signed over to me they send me a copy and then they say they cant cash it so I would stay away from wells fargo if your reading this dont open an account with them there just going to steal money from you like they did to everyone in 2016
Went into my local branch at 2575 John Milton Dr., Herndon VA 20171 to get something notarized. Asha Sirchi, was the lady at the desk as I entered. Told her I want to get something notarized. She said she was not a notary. There was silence. No offer to help. I asked, is there someone at this branch who can notarize my document, or can you determine the closest branch that does have a notary? No response. She got, walked over to the one working teller. A moment later she asked me to have a seat. I was unhappy with the lack of communication. I asked is she a notary? Asha Sirohi indicated yes. I started my stop watch. A customer came in and started a conversation with Asha Sirchi. I observed there appeared to be four ladies and one gentleman. No one tried to contact me. Eight plus minutes later, the lady who was sitting in a corner office with her door closed came out of her office and started walking down the hall. I caught her attention and inquired, “Can you help me? I want to have a document notarized. Sure, step into my office. Problem solved? Well, my document got notarized. But the problem, Asha Sirchi, remained at her desk.

I did a transfer from bank to bank at Wellsfargo online and my money was taken out of my other bank account but never arrived in my Wellsfargo account. I'm out $2000 and that was money to pay my bills I'm disabled. The bank stole my money.

Turn unresolved problem for several weeks now and the bank manager does not return his calls we've called several times and asked for return call and not received one that's not good sad to see that they can't do better customer service tonight

I was treated like a criminal when depositing a cashiers checks in person, with identification and all bank account verification, as well as personal pass word placed on my account provided to banker. Currently I am stuck in a hotel until Wells Fargo feels thatI am worthy of my funds🤨🤑. What can you do when you can’t rely on your bank. Oh and my auto withdrawal was declined for my storage unit. I wonder if my lifetime belongings will be kept for nonpayment. That would be bad considering I have more than enough to cover the $200 storage fee. Stop harassing your clients Wells Fargo. You are better than this.
