I’M GOING TO CLOSE [-] ACCOUNT! YOUR ROBOT ANSWERING MACHINE IS A PILE OF [-]! ALL YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IN MANILA! YOU CAN NOT GET ANY ONE IN [-] U.S. FOR ANY REASON! CAP 1 AND WALMART CAN SHOVE YOUR [-] UP YOUR [-] !

Capital One Bank has closed so many branches that it seems intentional to not personal interact with their customers. Their technology is broken and they limit [-] authority of their employees to [-] extent that they make their customers constantly spend hours on [-] phone and by email communicating with them.

One [-] as if 8/6/19. Called Cap1 re: reducing APR due to sudden extreme hardship. Sudden illness, fridge went, no fridge for over 2 wks, [-] had two 6hr brain surgeries @mayo clinic in Jacksonville,FL..listing his eyesight..found tumor behind eye, earlier simple hernia surgery, hospital overdosed him and stopped his heart (dead) and managed to restart it..10 hrs in recovery at this hospital to insure no future heart attacks, transmission went out in [-], grandson got run over by [-] older lady running stop sign..is ok now, ALL I ASKED WAS FOR A. TEMPORARY REDUCTION IS INTEREST RATE til I could recover. [-] credit has been reduce due to maxing out some of [-] cards. At present, I have a100% ON TIME payment record on ALL cards
