Terrible staff and even more terrible staff working from home they have their boyfriends listening to customers calls and then have ppl getting into these pols accts transferring money to a Google pay acct.
This bank is terrible. I have been a member of USAA for over 50 years and I am contemplating leaving and going to [-] local credit union. [-] only thing that they offer that is worthwhile is [-] and [-] insurance. I would not recommend USAA to ANYONE
