I was a victim of bank fraud on October 15, 2020 and before I was made a ware of that I found that I had about 10 other payments that I ever made. I am still waiting for a resolution. Some of [-] claims were denied and I [-] not know why. They are charges paid that I never ever authorized.

Horrible all together. Customer service is not answering phones for thousands whose accounts are froze for whatever reasons. I need [-] money and they won't let [-] [-] it
