I called [-] Copperfield branch to ask if there was a notary. Spoke with a computer and took forever to make it understand I had a simple question. Finally spoke with someone who was in another part of [-] country and after several minutes of mundane conversation she disconnected [-]. Called back and same procedure. This time [-] person could not even find [-] bank. Kept asking is this [-] one, etc. Gave her [-] exact address and still could not find it. A simple question is still unanswered and I thought over 15 minutes of not being able to contact a bank a mile from [-] house is ridiculous. I know there are people either sitting at their desks or wandering around asking if they can help you as I am there all [-] time. It is rarely a busy bank. So I still [-]'t have [-] answer to [-] question and [-] have to waste time driving there just to as if they have a notary. If they [-]'t I [-] have to drive to [-] other bank which during this pandemic you can only visit if you have [-] appointment. Customer service rating [-].
