i just open this account am in wheel chair i cant get out go bank in person all time why do i have call support and every thing is blocked every time

why would a person alice from supprt tell me waiting for your check to be deposited ss disability all is blocked and problems from start on line and on top of that she wasnt going call back like said before i have some cash available but am in wheel chair and cant go 2.5 miles just like i cant keep calling suport is it because am a man or what is wrong i am on pellium in huntsville i ve no problems inthe bank only support blockin my account every 24 hours lool i hope that i can use all services after my deposit gos in next month i have a little in and i should be able to get it without goin down town huntsville my rating is because of Alice s chose of words she said she wanted to see money going in the rate ing wont put a big O in
