Frost Bank

Very sorry

Well I have been banking with frost for a few years now and all has been really good until hear recently when Covid hit and I lost [-] [-] well ended up getting behind on bills but I was very grateful for frost allowing [-] to overdraft [-] account to be able to make all [-] [-] payments somewhat on time and I would always just pay it back with [-] check from unemployment until recently they just for no reason stopped allowing [-] to [-] causing [-] to now more than likely be evicted as well as lose at of other things if they were not gonna allow [-] [-] amount I have been receiving why would it ever be allowed to begin with as I had been very dependent upon being able to [-] that as [-] only way I would be able to continue paying [-] bills bc now I was peeing them every check so now since they stopped allowing it and took [-] entire check as payment for what I had been allowed to overdraft left [-] a entire month with no money once so ever very very unhappy with [-] this bank can just change up things on their customers without warning or explanation at all not very [-] with [-] service I have been receiving lately from [-] bank tellers and customer service get no response at all from anyone and now I am just screwed completely thanks to them. So for that reason I would not recommend banking here bc they [-] not care if your going through difficult times but have never not once got your account back in good standing never let it be that way for more than a week or two [-] just no explanation simple just cut your over draft off completely and never contact you at all about it. Not [-]
