I've been a [-] [-] Bank depositor for over fifty years, have never had reason for any serious complaint, have always enjoyed its excellent service and very pleasant personal relations.

I am totally disgusted with [-] service fees you are charging in regards to recent transaction I had on [-] account. I had [-] overdraft charge on [-] account that was in error. I was refunded [-] money and it place [-] account back in [-] positive. Then [-] refund was removed and 2 additional overdrafts were charged to [-] account. This cause [-] account to [-] back into a negative balance because I thought I had a positive balance. and continued to charge items. I would have deposited money into [-] account to cover those items if I had known [-] account had been placed back in to [-] negative. This is a sneaky way of getting additional fees.
