Axos Bank

Axos would attract more depositors if they had their corporate address and contact information on their website. High net worth individuals and businesses do not take a great deal of comfort in searching the internet to find this information.

This has got to be the worst bank I have ever dealt with. If you have an issue with them you can never get through to someone who can actually do anything. If they shut down your card because of what ever reason they give you you won't have a card for up to ten business days. They blame the fraud department and then the fraud department blames the bank. Complete run around.

This bank is fraudulent. [-] NOT USE THIS BANK.

This bank has strange quirks, if you choose to use them, I advise you only [-] a single account. If you [-] a checking account and a money market account, you receive two identical debit cards each labelled "debit VISA checking" Why can't they note on [-] card "money market" instead of "checking"??? Or make [-] card a different color?? If you order checks, they also arrive looking exactly [-] same. Furthermore, when you receive [-] cards you must call one number to activate [-] card and a 2nd number to select a PIN. If you read their instructions telling you to activate your pin [-] first time you use [-] card, you [-] fail. If you try to use a card, because they are both debit cards, they [-] not approve transactions that exceed [-] funds, which is reasonable. However, they [-] [-] [-] card and issue a fraud alert instead of texting you "insufficient funds". Really, [-] customer experience has been very negative for [-].

Bank [-] was quick

[-] worse bank in [-] history of [-] world! [-] wife [-] Erden opened a checking account and her aunt transferred 80 dollars to her account bank to bank transfer very simple right? WRONG was told have to wait 7 days to recieve her money and couple days later account locked and because she [-] was going to ask a lawyer if they can [-] her this way now they are refusing to give her [-] money thats right 80 simple dollars so if they [-] [-] it for 80 just imagine what 800 or 8000 would [-]. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK THEY POCKET YOUR MONEY TO BUILD A EMPIRE!

Bank is awful. Have been trying to talk to someone and can't get anyone.

employees refuse to speak with [-] "paupers", and any attempt to have a question answered,is a total waste of time..AVOID!
