Green Dot Bank DBA Bonneville Bank

This corporation is absolutely horrible, their employees [-]'t [-] their [-] and not one single CSR in [-] 10 years that I've been doing [-] with them speaks English, not clearly at all!!! They give [-] [-] run around and lied to [-] repeatedly!!! Transactions we're made by someone in a completely different state which means [-] card was hacked and I was promised because they were pending that they wouldn't [-] through once [-] card was cancelled!!! Well [-] liar liar pants on fire never cancelled [-] card so $224.72 of [-] hard earned $$$ was stolen!!! I talked to 3 people in one day who assured [-] EVERYTHING WAS OKAY!!! LIARS FILTHY LIARS!!! And [-] one lady I spoke to on Sunday sounded as if she was working from home with bratty children screaming in [-] background with a loud TV on and half listening to [-]!!! Also because I have direct deposit with y'all I'm not supposed to be charged [-] $3.00 monthly fee yet y'all have taken it without fail every damned month!!! As [-] as I'm concerned I would rate y'all 0 [-] AND RECOMMEND PEOPLE TAKE THEIR $$$ [-] ELSEWHERE!!! Y'all ABSOLUTELY [-]!!!

If this bank oversees Green [-] Bank who oversees WalMart Money Card, THEN.... THEY [-] BIG TIME. [-] NOT INVEST ANY MONEY INTI ANY ACCOUNT!

There are fraudulent in [-] way that you Report [-] accout being compromised and they allow them to steal your money and close your accounts as though you were [-] one who has caused it.

I [-] never again use this bank again. I have tried to let your customer service know that you all are letting a fraudulent charge [-] through n I reported [-] first card stolen. I [-]'t know [-] you can let money [-] thru when I didn't have a card to use. I got a second card n greendot again let charges [-] through from [-] stolen card numbers. I had a [-] card with [-] numbers and [-] charges that were being made was from "Lyft". Again you locked [-] second card and also locked [-] acct. a second month in a [-] and now I am unable to pay [-] electric and I [-] be loosing [-] only transportation, get food, or nothing [-] that I'm needing. I [-] be reporting you to [-] BBB and filing a complaint. Thank you for destroying [-] life, and you [-] be hearing from [-] attorney. [-]

When you rent a [-] they take $500 out of your bank then [-]'t want to return money owed

Hold your card. Block your money. Hang up on you. Now I have to find out from SSD [-] to get money to pay bills.

I did a transfer and it was lost after being rejected and [-] Bank greendot Corp is refusing to return [-] funds. I have sent in multiple disputes with proof of [-] rejection and still nothing is nothing even after proof from [-] rejecting bank. I am suppose to continue disputing for a year before [-] corp. returns [-] funds?!

Worst company by [-] green [-] and Bonneville ...they freezed [-] account for no reason without telling [-] then took days to work on account after hanging up on [-] 10 times during Coronavirus ..no money no reason no supervisor back office that no one can contact . ..because they [-] unemployment direct dep looked suspicious.... um hello it's a government direct dep. I guess cause [-] outsource there cust service to a foreign country that's why no one can get any help by [-] [-] worst please [-] somewhere [-] please...[-] horrible
