Academy Bank, National Association

A bank that charges your customers $10 for each withdrawal from their own savings account??? That's a rip off! Leaves customers account negative! [-] is that providing good service to your customers?

I've been with Academy for well over a decade and I'm very satisfied with them. I've had a problem or two, but they were always quickly taken care of. They did used to be a little slow getting them on [-] phone, but that has steadily improved over [-] years. Now there's little to no wait. Would def recommend them to anyone.

A [-] lady at teller refused to help [-] a problem I had with [-] card and was very rude saying no I won’t help you !

I am disappointed with academy, I have been a loyal customer since [-] 2020. I signed up for a [-] [-] that academy shut [-] down. I got approved by [-] sba from a lender that sent [-] funds to [-] account,[-] account was placed in hold and [-] funds was sent back with out [-] email or phone call. [-] tellers are always rude and not friendly. This is not [-] you treat your loyal customers.

This Bank is keeping Stimulas checks if you are in [-] negative, they kept [-] 600 and [-] daughters , which is illeagle in its self. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND A DIFFERENT BANK, BECAUSE THIS SHOWS THAT THEY [-] NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS IN NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM. THANKS ACADEMY BANK FOR LEAVING US WITH NOTHING DURING THESE TIMES

some of your people [-]'t know [-] to work anything, much less bank accounts. your bank has limited [-] [-] to [-] accounts and since they [-]'t want to [-] any more [-] with [-], they are closing [-] accounts. I have bills to pay, SSA direct deposit, and a family of six to support. [-] can I [-] that and live once I cant have [-] to [-] account?

Closed [-] account for no reason. Told [-] I'd be getting a letter in [-] [-] with a cashier's check and it's been over 2 weeks and I [-]'t gotten anything from them. Tried calling and can't get through to anyone

I've never felt with a BBC ank before with so many [-]

This bank is [-] worst they [-] charge you 32.00 for [-] overdraft for .82 cents yes that's right .82cents and I had a pending deposit and money in savings. This bank [-] [-] you STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!!!!!!

Bad service all around....

I felt horrible for [-] staff at [-] 104th and Washington Location.[-] managers both called in sick today leaving two [-] [-] employees to [-] [-] work with no help. [-] tried his best to complete a [-] member sign up for [-] daughter and [-] couldn’t remember certain things. [-] called one of [-] two supervisors for help on [-] phone and she was rude [-] least she could [-] was help him over [-] phone since she called in. She should have made herself available Via phone at least. [-] two crew members did [-] best with [-] tools they had. As a supervisor myself for a major corporation, I am disappointed in [-] lack of care [-] supervisors had for their [-] today.
