I currently bank at the Martinsburg MO. branch. I am 68 years old and am not computer savvy. Yesterday my computer was hacked. I went to my local branch. Your employee, Samantha Christian, spent hours helping me get almost everything straightened out. She worked hours past quitting time. She explained the same thing had happened with another customer a few weeks before. She was able to get most of the things that get paid or deposited set back up under a new account She explained to me what I had to do to finish the job, such as going to SSA and the VA to get my payments going to the new account. Ms. Christian helped me in a time that I really needed help. I will be a customer for life.

I can Not get in touch with anyone at at FORTIVA CREDIT CARD or their phone
Poor service and inadequate oversight of [-] account allowing a company without [-] ACH agreement to withdraw funds from [-] account and then telling [-] that if they have [-] account number they can withdraw those funds without [-] knowledge or permission. I was furious and spoke rudely with [-] and was asked to take [-] [-] elsewhere, which I am [-] to [-]. [-] problem now is that I cannot get into [-] pay to transfer to [-] [-] account. I have notified [-] bank numerous times that this feature is not work and nothing has been done to rectify [-] matter in [-] last 4 weeks. It is impossible for [-] to believe that because I have a past due account with Lowes they can debit [-] account without a signature or a recording of [-] permission to [-] so. In [-] opinion [-] only thing I am asking you to [-] is to not let people take [-] money without [-] permission and that is exactly what has happened here. I did not have and ACH agreement, verbal or written with Syncrony Bank or Lowes Credit. I should not have yelled at [-] and used [-] word God [-]. For loosing [-] temper I apologize. I have filed a complaint with Consumer Financial Protection Services and [-] be checking further to see who oversee electronic funds transfers to further explore [-] rights under [-] fair debt collection practices act and any other regulatory agency that might be involved in this. I have been a depositor for 10 years and have been a problem depositor since [-] retirement a year ago, but I have not been helped or supported in [-] transition in [-] past year with continuous illness, covid and most recently a surgery. Nice home town bank.

Total Visa has not been helpful in assisting with [-] reported fraud on [-] credit card. I supplied [-] needed information. I am now being told [-] information was received after [-] time frame. I talked to a representative prior to this and I was told that if I have sent [-] affidavit, [-] investigation would continue. [-] affidavit would be processed and Total Visa is not doing that. Total Visa is trying to make [-] [-] fraud victim pay for charges that are not [-] charges.
