probably one of the worst banks I've ever dealt with. Bank manager is always rude as well as several of the other bank reps.
The online banking app is constantly locking me out due to technical problems. Always put on hold when calling. Callback service rarely works.
For Example: I have called the help desk number 9 times recently to unlock my online banking / bill pay section. Each time I use the online service it locks me out and I have to call multiple times
When you guys clear a check and then a day later turn around and say it's no good what's [-] point of clearing [-] check for days I thought I was safe and now you have put a warrant out on [-] for this seems like I got screwed over why would you clear [-] check then say it's bad after I spent [-] money seems like I was set up.
